RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa San Francesco is situated in a splendid hillside position with breath-taking views of the Tuscan vines and olives not to mention the green forests of Monte Cetona. The property has been restored with careful attention, making use of the locally produced materials such as “cotto” flooring and wooden ceiling beams. Villa San Francesco is strategically situated for those who wish to discover the cultural and historical beauty of the traditional and characteristic Tuscan towns such as Chiusi and Sarteano, the well known city of Montepulciano and Pienza, the pearl of the renaissance period, Montalcino famous for its Brunello wine. Important cities such as Siena , Florence , Lucca and Pisa in Tuscany and Orvieto, Assisi , Perugia and Todi in Umbria. Finally for the lovers of nature and well being, you can't miss the opportunity to make the most of the thermal spa's of the nearby San Casciano dei Bagni.

SAN FRANCESCO HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

The villa is divided onto two floors. In front of the main entrance there is a staircase which leads to the first floor, on the left of which there is a large living room (with ornamental fireplace), whereas on the right there is a dining room, and an open space kitchen with fireplace. To complete the ground floor there is also a service bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with queen sized beds, both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access into the garden. The first floor is made up of four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The basement floor, which is accessible from outside is equipped with a laundry room.

Park:

The property is immersed in the splendid green Tuscan countryside and surrounded by secular forests, one of which is Monte Cetona, ideal for pleasant daily excursions either walking or by bike. In the well equipped garden of cypresses and olives, there is also at your disposal a gracious patio with brick barbecue, wood oven and table and chairs, ideal for “Al Fresco” dinners. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool distances only a few meters from the property and is located in a panoramic position over looking the Tuscan hillside and the forests of Monte Cetona. The pool is rectangular shaped and measures 14 x 7 mwith a maximum depth of 2,40 m. The pool is surrounded by “cotto” flooring. There is also at guests disposal a solarium area and a beautifully well kept lawn equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and umbrellas. The pool also has an outside shower.

Located nearby the nice medieval town of Cetona, directly in the hearth of South Tuscany will be an ideal point to have nice daily trip all over South Tuscany and Umbria as well, being very well linked with the main roads as Super way E45 and the motor way A1 ( exit Chiusi – Chianciano Terme) . Many important and interesting historical centres are in the surroundings like Sarteano, San Casciano dei Bagni with its Spa, Chiusi and all the hamlets of Trasimeno Lakes as well as important and beautiful cities like Cortona, Montepulciano or Siena. The area is also served form the railway station of Chiusi Scalo from where you can take trains to the main cities like Florence or Rome.

Absolutly nothing. It indeed has everything for a child family friendly property. If i have to suggest Something it would be to have a small baby gate opportunity top Of stairs and perhaps some kind Of fence to the stairs leading up to the pool. For safety only.

RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa San Francesco is situated in a splendid hillside position with breath-taking views of the Tuscan vines and olives not to mention the green forests of Monte Cetona. The property has been restored with careful attention, making use of the locally produced materials such as “cotto” flooring and wooden ceiling beams. Villa San Francesco is strategically situated for those who wish to discover the cultural and historical beauty of the traditional and characteristic Tuscan towns such as Chiusi and Sarteano, the well known city of Montepulciano and Pienza, the pearl of the renaissance period, Montalcino famous for its Brunello wine. Important cities such as Siena , Florence , Lucca and Pisa in Tuscany and Orvieto, Assisi , Perugia and Todi in Umbria. Finally for the lovers of nature and well being, you can't miss the opportunity to make the most of the thermal spa's of the nearby San Casciano dei Bagni.

Interior:

The villa is divided onto two floors. In front of the main entrance there is a staircase which leads to the first floor, on the left of which there is a large living room (with ornamental fireplace), whereas on the right there is a dining room, and an open space kitchen with fireplace. To complete the ground floor there is also a service bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with queen sized beds, both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access into the garden. The first floor is made up of four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The basement floor, which is accessible from outside is equipped with a laundry room.

Park:

The property is immersed in the splendid green Tuscan countryside and surrounded by secular forests, one of which is Monte Cetona, ideal for pleasant daily excursions either walking or by bike. In the well equipped garden of cypresses and olives, there is also at your disposal a gracious patio with brick barbecue, wood oven and table and chairs, ideal for “Al Fresco” dinners. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool distances only a few meters from the property and is located in a panoramic position over looking the Tuscan hillside and the forests of Monte Cetona. The pool is rectangular shaped and measures 14 x 7 mwith a maximum depth of 2,40 m. The pool is surrounded by “cotto” flooring. There is also at guests disposal a solarium area and a beautifully well kept lawn equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and umbrellas. The pool also has an outside shower.

ZER0DEP COVER - by Emma Villas (Mandatory) 99€ each reservation This guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
  • you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater toughtlessly.

"EMMA", OUR NEW APP FOR SMART SERVICE Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties will be supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
