CASALE CINQUE VALLI HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

Casale Cinque Valli has two floors and a tower. The main entrances leads into the spacious living room with open fire place, and big French doors which have direct access to the garden. A brick arch divides the living room from the dining room and from there is access to the kitchen. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One of the room’s has direct access into the garden via an external stone staircase. From the first floor, finally, a wooden staircase leads to the panoramic tower.

Park:

The 1500 mq garden is excellently maintained and equipped with a dining table which is protected by the shade of a gazebo, perfect for dinners “al fresco” in front of the breathtaking landscape. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last saturday in April untill the first saturday in October. The rectangular shape infinity swimming pool is located just few steps away from the house and measures 11 x 5 m with a variable depth that goes from 1,20 to 1,50 m and with access to the water by ladder. It is lined internally in PVC and has chlorine purification. It is the real "jewel" of this property, giving the sensation of being immersed in the surrounding landscape. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and table.

Location and distances


The Location is an ideal starting point for who wish to have nice daily trip and sightseeing all over South Tuscany and Umbria as well: being the city of Cortona located not far either from the motorway A1 (exit Valdichiana) and from the super way Siena-Perugia. Very well known site like Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Perugia, Assisi and so on can be reached in less than hour driving as well as the hidden and maybe most beautiful corners of this 2 regions. Big cities like Firenze or Roma can be easily reached also by train (and we suggest to use it in high season to avoid traffic roads) being Cortona served by 2 train railways stations. Above all we are quite sure that you will fall in love with the ancient atmosphere of this beautiful town. All shops and facilities in the big village of Camucia, nice restaurants, bars, cafes, shops in Cortona. Supermarket are open also on sunday morning.

Franco, Anrdrea and the whole family were a important factor for our wonderful experience. They made us feel at home from the beginning. They were very helpful and an advertisment for Italian hospitality. They keep CASALE CINQUE VALLI in perfect condition, the pool is wonderful and the really take care of you. We are very grateful for all the assistence they gave us. We'd love to be back.

The pool is just amazing and the views around the villa are fantastic, it was lovely being able to sit on the terrace and have all our meals looking at the landscape The house was very comfortable and kept very clean by the owners! The owners were very helpful and friendly and Andrea brought us a cake each week we were there, this hospitality was extremely appreciated!
Do you have any suggestions to improve the property?
Just a very small things. As we had all our meals out on the terrace , it would have been nice to have a tray or two to carry things in and out , to avoid too many trips!

None as everything was beyond our expectations. Everyone I dealt with during the booking process was most helpful and a pleasure to work with. Rosanna went out of her way to make sure everything was spot on. The lady looking after the house was an absolute delight ( even though we speak no Italian and she speaks no English.) We rate this holiday as the best we have had in years and that is down mainly to our experience with Emma Villas and their staff. Thank you all for everything .

The interior of the property and the layout were ideal for a large family or two families sharing as there was plenty of space to allow people to have their own quality time and space.The exterior surroundings and the views from the property were beautiful, ideal if you want to just relax and get way from everything. We will defiantly be returning.

My only preference would be that the bedding should be white linen and possible mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Also the sun loungers around the pool would better if they were cushioned for comfort.

The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
