La Villa nell’Isola Verde is a spacious hilltop villa surrounded by six hectares of olive groves, fruit trees and aromatic herbs, with wide views towards the medieval castle town of Lari. With accommodation for up to twelve guests, the interior blends Tuscan materials with Nordic elements and decorative touches from Asia and Africa, reflecting the owners’ roots and travels. The layout includes six double bedrooms and seven bathrooms across two floors, with French windows from every ground-floor room opening onto the garden. A yoga room offers a dedicated indoor space for practice, while outdoor areas invite quiet reflection or alfresco meals beneath the portico. Positioned on the Pisan Hills Wine Route, the location of this villa is within easy reach of beaches, hot springs and art cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Volterra.

Interior:

The villa is laid out over two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living area with kitchen and fireplace; bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine connected to one double bedroom; yoga room. All rooms on this floor have direct access to the garden. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; four further double bedrooms; three bathrooms (one with shower, one with hydromassage tub, one with hydromassage shower); panoramic terrace.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by six hectares of partly fenced land planted with olive and fig trees, fruit trees and herbs. Its elevated position offers views over the town of Lari and the surrounding countryside, with the Apennines in the distance. A level garden area wraps around the house and features a portico with a stone dining table and chairs. A wood-fired oven and grill are located nearby. The property includes a private well for irrigation and uses photovoltaic and thermal systems for energy and hot water. Access is via a manual gate, video surveillance and a private driveway leading to a parking area beside the house, with space for six cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located to the side of the villa in a slightly raised position, surrounded by trees and overlooking the valley. It measures 10 x 5 m with a depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m; it is purified with chlorine and accessed via Roman steps; electric cover; cold-water shower; a solarium area with sunbeds. The pool is open all year.
