Park:
The villa is surrounded by six hectares of partly fenced land planted with olive and fig trees, fruit trees and herbs. Its elevated position offers views over the town of Lari and the surrounding countryside, with the Apennines in the distance. A level garden area wraps around the house and features a portico with a stone dining table and chairs. A wood-fired oven and grill are located nearby. The property includes a private well for irrigation and uses photovoltaic and thermal systems for energy and hot water. Access is via a manual gate, video surveillance and a private driveway leading to a parking area beside the house, with space for six cars.

Swimming Pool:
The pool is located to the side of the villa in a slightly raised position, surrounded by trees and overlooking the valley. It measures 10 x 5 m with a depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m; it is purified with chlorine and accessed via Roman steps; electric cover; cold-water shower; a solarium area with sunbeds. The pool is open all year.
