PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Casaliva is immersed in the greenery of the hills surrounding Lake Garda, in a panoramic position above the towns of Torri del Benaco and Garda. From the villa, guests can enjoy splendid views of the lake and the surrounding hills. The property, featuring a modern layout, is arranged over two floors not connected internally, and offers spacious interiors. Both levels include large living areas that open directly onto the outdoor porticos, equipped with lounge spaces and a dining table. In the garden, among green areas and the swimming pool, the landscape can be admired from every corner of the property.

Interior:

The villa is divided into two independent floors, not connected internally. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance; open-plan living room with lounge area, TV and dining table for six people; kitchen; bathroom with tub; double bedroom with direct access to the outside; walk-in closet; one double bedroom connected to a second double bedroom (the latter has an independent entrance and is served by a bathroom with shower accessible from the outside). FIRST FLOOR (accessible via an external staircase located on one side of the villa) – Open-plan living room with kitchen, featuring large windows that open onto the porch with lounge area and outdoor kitchenette; two double bedrooms; one bathroom with walk-in shower. The washing machine is integrated into the kitchen on the first floor.

Park:

The outdoor areas are spacious, well maintained and offer maximum privacy. The large garden surrounding the villa features fruit trees and an olive grove, and borders a quiet woodland area uphill. The porticos are furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors. Near the pool, a gazebo provides shade for an additional dining table. At the end of the access driveway, a gate opens into the property, which includes a covered parking area for three cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located on one side of the garden, just a few steps from the villa’s entrances. It has a rectangular shape, measures 12x5 m and has a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2 metres. It features a tiled interior, underwater lighting and a chlorine filtration system. The sunbathing area is equipped with loungers, parasols and a cold-water outdoor shower. The pool is open from May 20th to September 30th.
