Villa del Cavaliere Berico is a historic residence nestled in the greenery of Colle Berico, with splendid views of the city of Vicenza and surrounded by a centuries-old park with majestic trees. The villa harmoniously blends the charm of Venetian architecture with the comforts of contemporary living, offering an ideal retreat for families and groups seeking relaxation in a setting of absolute beauty. The property includes a large garden, a private pool, a tennis court and an elegant poolside pavilion equipped with a kitchen and bathrooms, making it an exclusive destination offering every comfort. The villa can accommodate up to twelve people in six bedrooms with views of the park or the city, all air-conditioned and located on one floor. Some areas of the villa (an office wing and some interior rooms) are private and not accessible to guests. The caretakers, who live in an annex within the park, take care of the garden maintenance and have access to the outdoor areas during your stay.

The villa has two floors connected by internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into a large central hall; spacious living room with bow window, ornamental fireplace, TV and conversation area; sitting room with direct access to the patio furnished with a large dining table; indoor dining room overlooking the garden; modern, fully-equipped kitchen with central island and breakfast corner; study; library; guest bathroom; laundry room. A separate portion of the floor is used by the owners as a private office and is not accessible to guests. FIRST FLOOR – Six bedrooms: two doubles sharing a bathroom with whirlpool tub; master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower, walk-in wardrobe and balcony with view; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom (divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower; one twin bedroom (joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with tub.

Park:

The centuries-old park surrounding the villa is fenced and meticulously maintained, offering charming and comfortable areas. In addition to vast green areas shaded by monumental trees, there are furnished areas for relaxation and socialising, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The park includes the pool area, a tennis court and various outdoor living areas. A long tree-lined avenue leads to the main entrance of the property, where there is ample internal parking. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool is enclosed by a hedge and netting and is accessed through a gate. Rectangular with Roman steps for access, it measures 20 x 10 m with the depth ranging from 1.50 to 3.50 m and is lined with mosaic tiles and has a chlorine purification system. The pool is surrounded by a large solarium area equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower and is equipped with internal and external lighting. The poolside pavilion features a kitchen with fridge and bathrooms with showers. Open from 25 April to 20 October.

Tennis-court:

The tennis court has a synthetic grass surface, is fully fenced, and equipped with LED lighting for evening play. It has standard dimensions of 18.27 x 36.57 metres. Four rackets and balls are available on request. The court is located behind the pool/pavilion area and is accessible from both sides running along the pool.
