The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to twelve people in rooms furnished with simplicity and natural materials. Outside, the private garden of approximately 2,000 sq m features a fenced swimming pool, a furnished portico and a barbecue area with views of the surrounding vineyards. Its strategic location allows one to visit the lakeside villages of Lake Garda, the wineries of Valpolicella, the amusement parks in the area and cities of art such as Verona, Venice and Mantua. Adjacent to the villa is the wine cellar for on-site tastings.

The villa extends over three floors for a total surface area of approximately 400 sq m. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance; large living room with dining table, sofas and direct access to the furnished portico with living area and barbecue; modern kitchen with direct access to the outdoor areas; study; guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR - Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; double bedroom with ensuite bathtub and private bathroom with shower; double bedroom; twin bedroom; bathroom with shower; laundry area with washing machine and dryer. SECOND FLOOR - Living room with dining table, sofas and piano; two double bedrooms; bathroom with shower; guest bathroom; fitness room equipped with yoga mats and light weights.

Park:

The private garden extends for approximately 2,000 sq m and is planted with an olive grove, harmoniously blending with the vineyards of the agricultural property. Access is via a driveway gate shared with the adjacent wine cellar while a second gate provides exclusive access to the villa. Some farm buildings within the property are reserved for staff. The proximity to the ring road may cause occasional noise, but this does not compromise the comfort of the villa. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private, fenced pool can be reached in just a few steps across the flat garden. Rectangular, it measures 12 x 6 m with the depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.90 m. Lined with tiles and accessed via a metal ladder; internal and external lighting. The surrounding stone solarium is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
