Surrounded by organic vineyards and a centuries-old park of 4,000 sqm with historic trees and a small natural pond, the property features a panoramic swimming pool, a heatable whirlpool tub, and a private putting green. Spread over three floors, the villa boasts refined interiors, en-suite bedrooms, a traditional kitchen with a stone fireplace, frescoed lounges, and breathtaking views of the Venetian countryside.

Interior:

The villa is spread over three floors, connected by a grand staircase made of antique marble, with sections adorned with frescoes. GROUND FLOOR – You enter through a covered patio with frescoed walls, ideal for outdoor dining, which leads into the living area arranged in multiple sitting rooms; a dining room overlooking the garden; a kitchen featuring a traditional stone fireplace; and a guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR – One double bedroom with a private bathroom (with both bathtub and shower), connected to the library room; one double bedroom and one single bedroom sharing a bathroom with a shower; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one single bedroom (which can be connected to the double room if needed); another double bedroom; a sitting room; and one bathroom with a bathtub. SECOND FLOOR – Laundry room.

Park:

Through the large antique gate, you enter the parking area, which can accommodate up to four cars. The villa is surrounded by a centuries-old park of about 4,000 square meters, meticulously maintained, featuring a small natural pond and large trees typical of the area. Within the park stands the ancient Cipresso Colombo, dating back to the time of the discovery of America. A putting green is available for guests, allowing them to practice golf within the property while enjoying the stunning landscape. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located on a terrace about 3 meters higher than the villa's main level, connected by a scenic marble staircase. The pool area is spacious and features a sunbathing zone equipped with loungers for 10 people, umbrellas, and a heatable whirlpool tub, usable in all seasons (with no extra cost). Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 6 by 10 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters. It includes built-in entry steps and is chlorine purified. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The Terzolan Valley is a small and charming hilly basin located at about 350 meters above sea level, northwest of Verona, nestled in the peaceful Venetian countryside. This lesser-known corner of the Classic Valpolicella is a green oasis of silence, scents, and gentle landscapes, where neatly arranged vineyards, olive groves, and centuries-old woods alternate. Naturally protected by the surrounding hills, the valley enjoys a particularly favorable microclimate, ideal for growing vines and olive trees. The vineyards, cultivated using organic methods, climb up the sun-drenched slopes, giving rise to wines of great elegance, preserved in ancient local cellars. The view often stretches as far as the city of Verona and, on the clearest days, you can even admire the peaks of the Veronese Prealps.
