The villa, on two floors connected internally and externally, is located on sloping ground allowing direct outside access from both floors. GROUND FLOOR – Living room with sitting area and dining table overlooking the terrace; kitchen; guest bathroom; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with shower and whirlpool tub, and private terrace overlooking the pool; Suite with independent access, double bedroom, guest bathroom and small kitchenette for breakfast; bathroom with shower on the lower floor, accessible by a spiral staircase. LOWER FLOOR – TV room with direct access to the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake; two double bedrooms with direct access to the outside through French windows; bathroom with tub; spa with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and shower.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a large garden on two levels. The panoramic terrace, furnished with a dining table and barbecue, is the ideal place for al fresco lunches and dinners with views of Lake Garda. The property has a private parking area for four cars; a large driveway gate opens onto the front of the villa and the portico equipped with a sitting area.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, is located on a lower level and can reached down a flight of steps from the lower floor of the villa. Rectangular and measuring 10 x 5 m with the depth sloping down to 2.5 m, it is lined in reinforced painted concrete and is equipped with Roman steps, a chlorine purification system, internal lighting and a cold-water shower. The sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Open from 1 April to 20 October.
